Philadelphia Federation of Teachers President Arthur Steinberg mentioned in a statement Friday the final budget bundle “falls wanting transformational reform of Pennsylvania’s unconstitutional and inequitable program of funding community training.” He included that “the wild west of under controlled cyber charters also went untouched.”
